Join Staff
We are committed to ongoing discipleship and growth in all aspects of an individuals’ life. This allows individuals to continue to grow in their relationship of loving God and others. The completion of a Discipleship Training School is required to join staff, as you respond in faith and understanding to God’s call to missions. A commitment of two years is required.
Student Work Experience
Work experience is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical skills and hands-on experience in their field of interest. If you love music, dancing, photography, and costume design, we are right up your alley.

Short Term Outreach Volunteer
“We are all part of His greater plan…”
Throughout my two-week outreach experience with Island Breeze in 2021, we conducted performances at numerous schools, churches, and nursing homes.
I had a conversation with a woman at a nursing home who was dealing with Parkinson's disease. Our chat lasted quite a while, and when I brought up God, she mentioned that she wasn't particularly inclined toward "that sort of thing." However, she did express curiosity about hearing more about Jesus.
Several days later, I encountered another nursing home resident at a nearby church. This individual happened to be a friend of the lady I had previously met. With great enthusiasm, she shared that she had prayed for her friend, and as a result, the lady had a profound encounter with God and embraced Jesus into her life!
